The owners of the studio apartment in the new building on Nizhny Krasnoselskaya are Ivan and Maria, a young couple. They say this about their interior: “We always wanted to make an interior in the style of a hotel room, because for us a hotel is something wonderful in terms of design, comfortable, and, most importantly, the room always remains in the same state, in which he was before check-in. The apartment is small - only 40 squares, but in this area it was possible to place a full bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, a spacious kitchen-living room, a dressing room with a laundry room and a comfortable bathroom. The apartment went to the guys in the form of a bare square with a panoramic window - all partitions were built from scratch. It took three months to repair, and the same amount spent on the purchase of furniture and accessories.
The Scandinavian style is ideal for a small apartment: the interior is not overloaded with colors and details, because of this the space seems bigger than it really is. Basic shades are white, gray and wood. Mirrored sliding doors that close the bedroom reflect natural light from a huge window.
The common space was visually divided into three parts - the living room, dining room and kitchen - by the island and the high back of the sofa. The unity of space is supported by gray concrete tiles on the kitchen wall and behind the TV. There is parquet board on the floor of the living rooms, and parquet tiles in the hallway. Built-in furniture - Russian-made ("Our Brand"), interior items - BoConcept. Separate pride of the owners is two large paintings by Ivan Lungin (the son of a famous director) that fit perfectly into the interior: one of them hangs in the corridor, the second in the bedroom.
