As a sales and personnel director with more than a decade of experience, I know for sure that the bosses make conclusions at the event: do employees have fun, relax, what level of openness and creativity do they have, who is a team player and who is a loner. Many employees do not think about it, but in vain!

In our practice, only once was there a case when, due to excessive activity of guests, a serious problem arose.
